Roloff Family Reunites for Heartwarming Holiday Season Amidst Ongoing Farm Tensions
Little People, Big World alumni Amy Roloff and her former husband Matt Roloff recently shared a heartwarming reunion with their family during the holiday season.
Isabel Roloff, who is married to Amy and Matt’s son Jacob, recently utilized TikTok to share several videos documenting the family’s time together at Christmas.
In one clip, Matt, 64, was seated on a couch alongside his twin sons Zach and Jeremy, 35, while Jacob, 28, and Amy’s husband, Chris Marek, stood behind them. The men were all wearing matching blue and black striped sweaters.
“Coordinated sweaters. Yes.”

Another video featured Isabel, 29, and Amy, 63, with Zach’s wife, Tori, 34, and Jeremy’s wife, Audrey, also 34. The women maintained serious expressions as they posed for the camera in various playful ways, including one where the three daughters-in-law supported Amy on her side. Marek also appeared in the video with Jacob, Zach and Jeremy.
A third TikTok post showcased a photograph of the Roloff family posing in a living room, with Amy and Matt’s eight young grandchildren seated on the couch.
In a fourth post, Isabel shared a photo of the adults in the family gathered around the dinner table. (It remains unclear if Matt and Amy’s daughter, Molly, 32, and her husband, Joel Silvius, were present.)
Alongside the photo, Isabel included a fan’s comment that read, “I believe Isa played a significant role in uniting this family.”
Isabel responded to the image, “Perhaps a little. Thank you for noticing.”
The reunion occurred following familial disagreements concerning the Roloff Farms property, as Matt decided not to sell a portion of the land to Zach in 2021. He listed 16 acres of the Oregon property for sale, stating that his sons didn’t desire it, but Zach disputed this claim. (Matt continues to own the primary farm property and has chosen to offer short-term rentals after struggling to sell part of the land.)
In May, Zach provided an update on his relationship with his father, revealing that they were not in a “positive” state.
“The filming concluded, you naturally take some space and then the show airs six months later and it kind of brings up some old issues,” he said, referring to Little People, Big World’s 25th season.
During the season 25 finale, Zach shared, “Regarding my dad, I’m unsure; that chapter is over. There isn’t much of a relationship, just pursuing our own paths. Time might smooth things over, everything will be different.”
Meanwhile, Matt told Entertainment Tonight at the time that he hoped to reconcile with Zach.
“Time mends all wounds,” he said.
Despite Matt and Zach’s complicated relationship, Jacob and Isabel have assisted with the farm, informing fans that they would “love” to take over the property someday. However, Isabel mentioned in a March TikTok video, “We are unable to fully purchase it from Matt.”
“We do enjoy living here while we can and Jacob diligently cares for it,” she added.
