Fashion figure Sami Clarke and JT Barnett, from whom she is separated, are selling their residence after their recent breakup.

Us Weekly has verified that the couple's property became available for purchase on Monday, October 6, with an asking price of $1.39 million. Situated in Austin, Texas, the dwelling features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, occupying a plot spanning almost three acres.

After their 2024 wedding, Clarke shared in April that she and Barnett had acquired the estate, which boasted a vast lawn dotted with trees and a trickling stream.

"Indeed… WE'VE PURCHASED OUR FIRST PIECE OF LAND IN AUSTIN, TEXAS," Clarke announced on Instagram then, accompanying the post with images of the house. "This was quite unexpected for JT and me! We've been very receptive to future possibilities. We chose to begin our property search in Austin, given how much time we spend there with JT's relatives and my close friends @samispalter @andrewspalter."

She elaborated, "JT eventually discovered a quaint town merely ten minutes from the city center, which we decided to explore out of curiosity. Friends, the moment we stepped onto this land, I sensed an undeniable pull, the ancient oak trees seemed to whisper, and I began to envision our life unfolding here. We realized we had to acquire it; even without knowing what lay ahead, it felt destined for us. It requires a complete overhaul, offering three acres of a serene haven for us to envision and simply enjoy."

Clarke expressed effusively that she "couldn't be more thrilled" while simultaneously experiencing "countless other feelings that accompany transitions and new beginnings."

"Los Angeles has been my residence for twelve years!" she penned. "We understand it will forever be a part of our journey, so there are no immediate plans for what comes next here, just an eagerness to remain adaptable and see what life has in store for us! Thrilled to share all the wonderful developments with you all."

Half a year onward, Clarke announced their decision to separate from Barnett.

"My existence is undergoing a transformation, and I am embarking on a new phase separate from JT," Clarke posted on her Instagram Story on Sunday, October 5. "It's genuinely difficult to articulate the depth of this pain, yet I believe it's the correct path for my personal journey. I will perpetually cherish the affection and recollections we built over our eight years together. I appreciate your respect for our privacy and your understanding as we navigate this fresh beginning."

Barnett, in turn, commented on the split through his own Instagram Story.

"Reluctantly, I must share a personal announcement today: Sam and I haven't been a couple for some time; she made the decision to leave. I still love her," Barnett stated on Sunday. "There were no ongoing disputes or a gradual estrangement… solely her personal conviction and instinct that she needed to depart."

He added, "I do not concur with this outcome, nor did I desire it. I am aware of my identity, my aspirations, what I contributed, and the essence of our relationship. Our shared life was enriching and joyful."

Although Barnett mentioned his reluctance to "disclose this" or "discuss it," he asserted that their "public lifestyle" left him no alternative. "This is a sorrowful event," he concluded, "I long for the one I love, and this entire situation has been profoundly upsetting."

In another Instagram Story, Barnett expressed his intention to post more work-related material, "as that is the purpose I've been using this account for." He further stated, "Moreover, it has served as a valuable release and is something I truly find pleasure in. I am grateful for all of your affection and encouragement."
