A month after Brandon Blackstock's passing due to a private cancer battle, his daughter Savannah Blackstock shares her thoughts on her father's death.On Thursday, September 24, the 23-year-old Savannah posted on Instagram, sharing a message that touched on sorrow and the comfort received from family and friends.
“Throughout 2025, I’ve often relied on the saying, ‘Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding.’ As the third quarter concludes, I’ve reflected on the immense affection and backing my husband and I have received during difficult times and sorrow,” she penned. “Witnessing my father's illness and his eventual passing was an event I never foresaw or could have possibly braced myself for, especially while young and expecting.” (Savannah and her spouse, Quentin Lee, revealed in July that they anticipate the arrival of a baby girl in January 2026.
