A now-removed Instagram photo by photographer Myles Hendrik reportedly showed Wallis standing intimately near Stan, appearing to playfully nip his lower lip.
In the subsequent August, Stan was observed commemorating his 40th birthday during a trip to Greece alongside several friends and Wallis.
