Selling the OC's Love Triangle Drama Heats Up Off Screen

The stars of Selling the OC have captivated audiences with their intricate — and often provocative — romantic dynamics, both within and outside their professional environment.

Tyler Stanaland’s close bonds with Alexandra “Alex” Hall and Polly Brindle, for example, sparked controversy upon the show's August 2022 debut, especially since Tyler was wed to Brittany Snow while filming. The three created a stir when they engaged in “nosies,” which are open-mouth kisses.

Tyler refuted claims that his suggestive interactions with both women were improper, though he admitted that Kayla Cardona‘s attempts at closeness were unwelcome. Kayla, however, stated exclusively to Us Weekly in August 2022 that she perceived “mutual interest” when she attempted to kiss Tyler.

“To most of us, it genuinely felt more like a sibling relationship,” Tyler contended to Us then, asserting he hadn't misled Kayla. “It never struck me as anything more, but I cannot speak to her feelings on the matter.”
