Selling the OC's Tyler Stanaland is engaged to Hannah Morrissey after a whirlwind romance
Viewers of Selling the OC might have been taken aback when real estate agent Tyler Stanaland popped the question to his partner, Hannah Morrissey, in October 2025.
“When the ideal individual enters your life, it's more than just affection; it's a profound transformation. All previous uncertainties are replaced with tranquility and shared purpose,” Stanaland announced on Instagram, featuring images of Morrissey’s oval-cut engagement ring. “When you also share common ground on all significant matters, it becomes sheer enchantment. I've never experienced more joy, inspiration, or positive challenges.”
Five months prior, Us Weekly had confirmed that Stanaland had moved forward with Morrissey after his divorce from actress Brittany Snow was finalized. The reality television realtor and Snow were married from 2020 to 2023, and their union garnered significant attention following an attempted kiss by Stanaland’s Selling the OC costar Kayla Cardona during the first season. He separated from Snow between seasons of the show, subsequently engaging in flirtatious behavior with fellow agents Alex Hall and Polly Brindle.
“I had certain intuitions, and I believe because I was deeply in love, I didn't heed them,” Snow reflected on her marriage during a 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “There was a legitimate marriage. There was immense love. I think that nuance is difficult to grasp because it's far more sensational and intriguing to simply state, ‘He did this, and she did this.’ Many individuals enter relationships where they are hurt, but I have no regrets. I cherished the period we shared when we had it.”

Us was the first to report in May 2025 that Stanaland was “contentedly seeing” Morrissey.
“Though it's a relatively new development, they are enjoying themselves immensely,” an exclusive source informed Us. “They've done some traveling together, and Tyler is genuinely happy.”
A few weeks later, Stanaland and Morrissey made their initial appearance together on Instagram.
“My cup is full. So is the freezer. Life, lately,” Stanaland captioned on June 18, 2025, sharing selfies of the couple engaged in surfing.
Hannah Morrissey Maintains a Discreet Online Profile
While Stanaland has frequently posted pictures with Morrissey on his Instagram, her online presence is considerably more private. Morrissey currently has a protected social media account with just 22 posts and 904 followers.
Tyler Stanaland Proposed After Under a Year of Courtship
Stanaland disclosed via Instagram in October 2025 that he proposed to Morrissey during a scenic road trip to Moonstone Beach, California. (The couple had previously visited this same coastal location early in their relationship.)
“I asked the most wonderful person I’ve ever known to spend forever with me. Our small family has just become much more official,” Stanaland wrote on Instagram, referring to Morrissey and their dog, Honey. “My heart is absolutely overflowing with this beautiful small family we’re building.”
Stanaland had previously announced on his Instagram in August 2025 that the couple had adopted a pet dog, which the Netflix personality affectionately termed his “new best friend” in a social media post.
