Stars Speak Out About Their Multiple Sclerosis Journeys

A host of notable personalities, including Christina Applegate, Selma Blair, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, and Jack Osbourne, have publicly shared their experiences battling multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune condition.

Applegate disclosed her diagnosis with the illness in August 2021.

“Greetings, everyone. I received my MS diagnosis several months prior,” the former star of Married … With Children posted on X then. “It has certainly been an unusual path. However, I’ve found immense solace and encouragement from acquaintances who also live with this illness. The journey has been arduous. Yet, as we are all aware, life’s path continues onward. Unless someone obstructs it.”

Ned Fulmer, previously associated with The Try Guys on YouTube, announced his diagnosis in November 2025.

“My diagnosis came in 2013, beginning with a sensation of numbness and tingling in my hands which subsequently extended to my arms, chest, and back,” he confided exclusively to Us prior to his public announcement on YouTube.
