Taylor Swift Deposition Attempt Leads to Trespassing Arrest at Travis Kelce's Home
An individual attempting to deliver legal documents for a deposition to Taylor Swift, acting for Justin Baldoni’s attorneys, was apprehended at Travis Kelce’s residence, according to numerous media sources.
A police record, initially acquired by Star, indicates that Justin Lee Fisher was found on Kelce’s secured Kansas estate on September 15 at approximately 2 a.m. local time.
Fisher, widely thought to be a former law enforcement officer now working as a private investigator, faced charges for trespassing by scaling a fence to enter a private home within a residential area.
His next appearance in Leawood Municipal Court is scheduled for October 15.

“I’ll gladly discuss this matter once it's concluded,” Fisher informed Star when questioned about the event. "I sustained no injuries, apart from being arrested while carrying out my duties, which might jeopardize my private investigator license.”
During September, Baldoni's legal representatives sent correspondence asserting that Swift had “consented” to provide testimony in October, following the launch of her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl.
Swift’s attorneys, conversely, disputed Baldoni’s assertion that she “consented” to a deposition in his federal litigation targeting Blake Lively.
“As legal representatives for all involved are aware, from the very beginning of this case, we have steadfastly argued that our client plays no significant part in these proceedings,” stated a letter submitted by Swift's legal team on September 12. "Furthermore, our client did not consent to a deposition, but should she be compelled to provide one, we indicated (having only learned of the deposition three days prior) that her availability could accommodate the necessary time during the week of October 20, provided the parties resolve their disagreements. We remain uninvolved in those disagreements.”
The legal conflict between Lively and Baldoni originated in December 2024, when the actress leveled accusations against her It Ends With Us costar and director, citing sexual harassment, fostering an unfriendly workplace, and deliberately orchestrating a campaign to damage her reputation.
Lively then filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, claiming she faced retribution for her allegations of sexual harassment.
Baldoni vehemently denied these claims and initiated a countersuit against Lively. Nevertheless, a judge rejected his $400 million countersuit in June.

Us has attempted to contact Swift’s representatives for their statement regarding Fisher’s apprehension.
