Today's Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera slash NYC condo price by half a million dollars after split
Today show personality Dylan Dreyer and her separated spouse, Brian Fichera, have significantly lowered the asking price of their New York City condominium after their separation.
The former couple reduced the apartment's cost by $500,000, as reported by a Realtor.com piece released on Wednesday, September 3.
The estranged pair initially offered the two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence for $2.49 million in November 2024. This initial valuation was then cut to $1.99 million. Disposing of the property at this reduced figure would result in a financial setback for Dreyer, 44, and Fichera, 38, given they reportedly acquired it for $2.35 million in 2016.
Constructed in 2008, the expansive residence boasts full-height windows, vistas of Battery Park, hardwood oak floors, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area capable of seating 10 guests.

Beyond the apartment's specific characteristics, the complex itself offers numerous attractive facilities.
The property description highlights that the structure includes "an outstanding collection of facilities, such as a round-the-clock doorman, an indoor swimming pool with a skylight, a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, an advanced fitness center, a kids' play area, and a 7,000-square-foot landscaped rooftop terrace equipped with professional-grade barbecues, a wet bar, and exclusive cabanas."
Dreyer and Fichera, parents to sons Calvin, 8, Oliver, 5, and Russell, 3, announced their separation through an Instagram update in July. The couple had exchanged vows in 2012.
“Throughout many years, I have openly presented my family to all of you — the triumphs and difficulties,” Dreyer conveyed in her message. “The peaks and valleys. And all the fortunate moments and cherished recollections experienced along the way.”
The television figure further stated that she was “deeply appreciative of the encouragement and affection” her audience had unfailingly offered as she navigated life’s various challenges.
“Because of this, I wish to inform you that several months ago, Brian and I chose to part ways,” she proceeded. “Our relationship started as a friendship, and we intend to stay the dearest of friends. Crucially, we will persist in co-parenting our three amazing sons with mutual affection and esteem. As ever, I am thankful for your backing.”

Dreyer and Fichera first encountered each other and developed a romance in the early 2000s during their tenure at WHDH in Boston. Dreyer held a position as an anchor, while Fichera served as an in-studio technician.
“As he took on more shifts, he spent more time in the Weather Center alongside our mutual friend, Todd. The three of us began socializing more frequently away from work, strengthening our bond and becoming closer,” Dreyer recounted on her wedding blog, as cited by Good Housekeeping. “Following a couple of years, we hosted a modest gathering at Brian’s home, which we affectionately called the Jammy Jam. It was during that event that I understood I had completely developed feelings for him, and from that point, our story began!”
