Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Reach Spousal and Child Support Agreement in Divorce Proceedings

It appears that Us Weekly has learned that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have reached an agreement regarding spousal and child support, as well as the equitable distribution of their assets, as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Court documents submitted by Spelling, 52, on Monday, November 3, indicate that a resolution has been achieved with McDermott, 58. She confirmed the existence of a signed pact that addresses all outstanding matters, notably the custody arrangements for their five children: Liam, 18; Stella, 17; Hattie, 14; Finn, 13; and Beau, 8.

However, the specifics of this agreement have not yet been formally submitted to the court by Spelling.

As Us first disclosed, the noted actress initiated divorce proceedings in March 2024, citing June 17, 2023, as their date of separation. Her petition requested the court to grant her alimony and mandate McDermott to assume responsibility for her legal expenditures pertaining to the case.

Additionally, Spelling sought exclusive physical custody of their offspring, though she suggested a joint legal custody arrangement with McDermott.

McDermott, in his counter-filing, asserted a different date of separation, July 7, 2023, which was several weeks later than the date specified by Spelling. He contested her bid for sole custody, advocating instead for shared custody.

The actor further requested that Spelling be mandated to provide him with a monthly support payment.

According to financial disclosures submitted by McDermott on September 5, he estimated Spelling's monthly income to range from $3,000 to $75,000, contingent upon her professional engagements.

McDermott informed the court that his "acting and producing endeavors have significantly diminished" over the last few years, leading him to transition into a role as an alcohol and drug counselor by late 2023.

His legal submission stated a monthly income of $3,800 against monthly expenses totaling $3,980. McDermott's girlfriend, Lily Calo, was also noted in his documents; their relationship reportedly began in October 2023, several months after the dissolution of his marriage to Spelling.

Post-separation, Spelling has been linked to CEO Ryan Cramer. (While they had previously dated in 2023 without progression, they reportedly chose to rekindle their romance this year.)

An insider revealed to Us in April that their burgeoning relationship was progressing at a measured pace, having spanned several months.

McDermott had publicly declared the conclusion of their 18-year marriage via a now-removed Instagram post in June 2023.

"It is with profound sadness and an exceptionally heavy heart that following 18 years of companionship and five wonderful children, @torispelling and I have chosen to part ways and embark on individual new paths," McDermott's message read. He added, "We pledge to continue our collaboration as devoted parents, providing guidance and affection to our children during this challenging period."

Furthermore, as Us previously disclosed, Spelling and McDermott face a substantial legal judgment due to their failure to address a lawsuit concerning an outstanding loan.

The legal complaint asserted, "[Spelling and McDermott] have not fulfilled their contractual duties to [City National] as stipulated by the promissory note."

On June 11, City National Bank submitted court documents indicating that Spelling and McDermott had failed to make payments on a judgment issued in 2017.

The bank's lawsuit detailed that Spelling and McDermott had secured a $400,000 loan, subsequently defaulting on payments and accruing a balance of $190,000. In 2017, the bank was granted a judgment of $220,000, which included accumulated interest and various fees. The most recent filing from City National Bank disclosed that, with continued interest, Spelling and McDermott's outstanding debt has now escalated to $395,729.82.

To date, neither Spelling nor McDermott has formally responded to this particular case in court.
