Travis Mullen Denies Harassment and Hacking Claims Amid Custody Battle
Travis Mullen, the partner of Gina Kirschenheiter, is refuting claims that he interfered with his former spouse Meghan Mullen’s personal email and pursued her vehicle in the automobile belonging to the Real Housewives of Orange County personality, as reported exclusively by Us Weekly.
Us acquired legal documents filed by Travis on October 30, detailing his efforts to secure full custody of his three children. In these documents, Travis responded to accusations made by Meghan in her own recent submission, which included her assertion that he requested a meeting at a “dark, secluded industrial complex rather than our usual spot” for a child exchange.
She recounted, “As I was attempting to depart with … Travis commenced following us in Gina’s SUV, blocking my path, and abruptly stopping his vehicle directly ahead of ours. [A child] was thrown forward within the car and was extremely frightened,” she claimed.
Meghan stated that the child present during the incident had since refused to interact with Travis.

Travis countered in writing, stating, “[Meghan] alludes [in her submission] to an encounter from February 2024, claiming I pursued her and [a child] and that, subsequent to that event, [the child] has declined to attend school or interact with me.”
He refuted his former spouse’s assertions regarding the “dark, secluded industrial complex.” He explained; “It was a restaurant parking area adjacent to a police outpost. Furthermore, I never tried to force her car off the thoroughfare.”
“I would absolutely never commit such an act,” he maintained. “I eventually had custody of [our child] that night, and [they] did not seem distressed, scared, or uneasy. When [our child] is under my supervision, [they] and I share a positive relationship. [They] attend school without reluctance and have never suggested any fear of me or my partner, Gina.”
Within legal filings, Meghan additionally asserted that Travis illicitly gained entry to her personal online accounts.
“Beyond employing legal harassment, he has also gained entry to and manipulated my personal online accounts—such as my Apple ID, Talking Parents, and email — by leveraging his familiarity with my private details, including my Social Security number, birthdate, and security question responses,” she elaborated. “I have been locked out of crucial platforms essential for co-parenting on numerous instances.”

Concerning the allegations that he interfered with Meghan’s personal accounts, Travis stated, “I have never tried to manipulate [Meghan’s] private online profiles. I possess no understanding as to why she would levy such an accusation against me.”
As initially disclosed by Us, Travis submitted legal documentation on October 29, requesting exclusive custody of their offspring, Joseph, born in 2016, Bennett, born in 2014, and Presley, born in 2011. Travis and Meghan tied the knot in 2010 and separated in 2016. By 2021, the former couple had consented to shared parental responsibility. Travis now seeks an alteration of that arrangement.
Within his submission, Travis asserted he had not encountered one of his children since September 29. (Meghan maintains that the child independently chose this, not under her influence.)

Meghan vehemently objected to Travis’ petition for sole parental authority. Meghan claimed, “Travis persists in abusing the legal system to achieve his objectives. …His legal submissions seem designed to chastise and manipulate me, rather than to safeguard the children. Travis is employing the family court framework as an instrument of oppressive influence and reprisal.”
As initially disclosed by Us, on October 30, the presiding judge temporarily halted Travis’ visitation with the child, whom Meghan asserted was unwilling to go to Travis’ residence. A judicial hearing has been set for the coming month, during which both sides will present their cases to a magistrate.
Kirschenheiter discussed Travis’ ongoing custody dispute with Us on November 14 during BravoCon. She mentioned, “We are still navigating some of those domestic challenges,” she stated. “I simply believe we are handling it significantly more effectively, and for that, I am extremely grateful.”
