Arabian Oud Expands North with Luxurious New Store Concept in Leeds

Arabian Oud, a distinguished London-based fragrance house widely recognized across the UK, is set to make a significant leap into Northern England. This strategic expansion marks the brand's Northern debut and its second physical location outside of the capital, choosing Redical-operated Victoria Leeds as its new home.

Securing an 815 sq ft unit within Victoria Gate, Arabian Oud will unveil an innovative new store concept designed to epitomize "Arabian heritage, luxury, and sophistication." This vision will be brought to life through a minimalist store design, elevated by exquisite marble details and a striking palm tree centerpiece. This central feature serves as a profound homage to the brand’s "natural heritage and enduring symbolism," promising an immersive and culturally rich retail experience for visitors.

The new Leeds store will offer an extensive selection of over 400 products, spanning its renowned fragrances, luxurious oils, traditional incense, sophisticated home scents, and specialized hair formulations. Ralph Bou Nader, General Manager at Arabian Oud International, expressed the brand's enthusiasm for this milestone, stating, "Our first store in the North is a key moment in our brand history, and with plans to launch our new design concept, it was imperative that we select the ideal location."

Rachel Bradburn, Head of Leasing at Redical, welcomed the addition, remarking that the signing "follows a string of stellar new brands and regional debuts at Victoria Leeds, and further amplifies that our momentum is only growing." The arrival of Arabian Oud further solidifies Victoria Leeds' position as a leading luxury retail destination. This announcement closely follows the news of Belstaff’s city debut at Victoria Leeds, which opened a 2,259 sq ft space in the Victoria Quarter. Belstaff's addition significantly extends the destination’s premium menswear offering, joining esteemed brands such as Barbour, Hawes & Curtis, and Ralph Lauren, and enriching the overall retail landscape for discerning customers.
