Asian Beauty Retailer Sukoshi Accelerates US Expansion With Plan for 40 New Stores
Asian beauty retailer Sukoshi recently announced significant plans to accelerate its U.S. expansion, initiating a series of major store openings in high-traffic shopping centers across the country. The company's strategy focuses on large-scale growth, aiming to establish more than 40 locations by the end of 2026.
The upcoming rollout, which represents Sukoshi's largest U.S. expansion to date, includes several high-profile locations scheduled to debut in 2025. New stores are planned for King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania, Lenox Square in Atlanta, Aventura Mall in Miami, Bellevue Square in Washington, and Garden State Plaza in New Jersey.
Linda Dang, CEO of Sukoshi, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion, stating, "As Asian beauty continues to shape global standards, we're proud to be leading its expansion across North America. Scaling is not just about opening stores. It is about setting a new standard for Asian beauty and giving customers a place where education and discovery feel natural.”
This expansion follows recent growth milestones for the company. In September, Sukoshi opened its largest New York City location on the Upper East Side, which marked its 15th store. The retailer also recently secured exclusive partnerships with global cult-favorite brands Red Chamber and Girlcult, becoming their sole U.S. retailer.
Founded in 2018, Sukoshi has established a strong presence in the rapidly growing Asian beauty sector by offering a curated selection of more than 200 brands sourced from Korea, Japan, and other parts of Asia. Beyond traditional retailing, the company acts as a brand accelerator, offering partners access to retail space, influencer collaborations, pop-up activations, and North American distribution networks.
