Brescia Fashion Giants Unite in Strategic Merger
Two prominent fashion companies headquartered in Brescia, Italy, have announced a significant merger. Following approvals at their respective Annual General Meetings, the shareholders of Golden Season S.r.l., the parent company of menswear brand AT.P.CO, and Goodfellas S.r.l., known for its outerwear and the People of Shibuya apparel label, have confirmed that Goodfellas will merge into Golden Season through a process of incorporation.
The merger was officially finalized on December 16th, with full operational integration scheduled for December 31, 2025. From this date forward, Golden Season, located in Erbusco near Brescia, will assume all rights, obligations, contracts, and ongoing dealings – encompassing commercial, financial, and legal aspects – previously held by Goodfellas, which is based in Brescia city.
Golden Season operates as a developer, manufacturer, and distributor of apparel collections, serving major Italian private labels and third-party brands through a robust national and international network. Goodfellas, functioning as a fashion and accessories wholesaler, possesses business activities that are strategically complementary to those of Golden Season, having recently achieved positive growth within the fashion wholesale and retail distribution sectors, including both its own brands and those of others.
This strategic consolidation aims to maximize the manufacturing and commercial synergies between the two organizations, streamlining production and distribution processes for increased efficiency. The companies jointly stated that the primary objective is to bolster Golden Season’s competitive standing within the Italian and global apparel markets.
The combined entity will boast a strengthened brand portfolio, encompassing AT.P.CO, After Label, Skills Milano, and People of Shibuya. Furthermore, the merger will allow the group to present consolidated fiscal results for the year 2025, signifying a key milestone in the integration and simplification of its overall business operations.
