Corso Mille and Ice Yachts Launch Sophisticated Fusion of Italian Style and Sailing Performance
A significant new partnership has emerged in the world of luxury Italian craftsmanship, as Naples-born men’s fashion label Corso Mille unveils a sophisticated capsule collection in collaboration with Ice Yachts, a renowned advanced sailing company. This alliance seamlessly blends Corso Mille’s unwavering commitment to “Made in Italy” menswear with Ice Yachts’ distinguished reputation as an Italian shipyard celebrated for its bespoke, high-performance sailing yachts, underscoring a shared dedication to excellence and innovation.
The co-branded capsule collection is founded on two core principles: technical apparel and Italian-made leisurewear. Designed for a discerning international audience, it elegantly merges the adventurous spirit of sailing with contemporary fashion, featuring reversible vests, sweatshirts, shorts, polo shirts, and a range of accessories. This exclusive collection will be made available through a carefully curated selection of retailers, in addition to the dedicated sales channels of both Corso Mille and Ice Yachts.
Beyond the capsule, the collaboration extends into a more technical realm, with Corso Mille developing the official functional supply for Ice Yachts’ sailing crews. This initiative involves creating specialized garments engineered for offshore navigation, marking a functional evolution of Corso Mille’s expertise. Here, meticulous material research, advanced performance capabilities, and superior comfort are seamlessly integrated with the refined aesthetics, precise attention to detail, and sartorial quality that are hallmarks of the brand.
Marco Malgara, CEO and founder of Ice Yachts, articulated the synergy, stating, “This collaboration is the result of the shared vision and affinity between Ice Yachts and Corso Mille, both of which place research, innovation, design, and craftsmanship – core values of Made in Italy – at the heart of their projects.” Paolo Colurcio, CEO and founder of Corso Mille, echoed this sentiment, adding, “The Corso Mille | Ice Yachts capsule, the first step in the collaboration between the two brands, expresses Corso Mille’s know-how in its most technical and performance-oriented form, within an exceptional context such as Ice Yachts’ sailing world.”
Paolo Colurcio, a graduate of Stern Business School in New York, founded Corso Mille in Naples in 2012. Today, the brand has achieved notable international reach, with its collections retailed in approximately 40 select multi-brand stores across key markets including France, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, and Japan, establishing a strong presence in the global luxury menswear landscape.
Colurcio further elaborated on the vision behind this new style and sail partnership, emphasizing its commitment to “elegant and functional garments, developed with advanced technical expertise to ensure comfort and performance at sea, while preserving the refined aesthetics and meticulous detailing of the main Corso Mille collection, designed for urban life and leisure.” This statement perfectly encapsulates the blend of practicality and high fashion central to the collaboration.
Ice Yachts, as a partner, brings an impressive pedigree in the sailing world. Its vessels consistently achieve outstanding results in the most prestigious international regattas, including remarkable performances in the Barcelona (4th overall and 1st in class in 2025, 3rd overall and 1st in 2024 with Fiamme Gialle- Nice), the 151 Miglia, the Palermo-Montecarlo, and the Ruta de la Sal. These achievements firmly solidify Ice Yachts’ position as a leading player in international sailing, making them an ideal counterpart for Corso Mille’s pursuit of excellence.
