Crew Clothing Expands Coastally with Brighton Store Opening and Ambitious Growth Plans

British lifestyle brand Crew Clothing is marking a significant period of growth and expansion, reaffirming its commitment to brick-and-mortar retail with a strategic new store opening in Brighton, East Sussex. This latest addition brings the total number of new locations opened by the brand this year to ten, demonstrating a robust push for increased physical presence across the UK.

The highly anticipated "late autumn" opening in Brighton will unveil a spacious 1,054 sq ft retail unit situated within Churchill Square, one of the seaside town's premier shopping destinations. Customers visiting the new store will have the opportunity to explore Crew Clothing's Autumn/Winter 2025 collection. To celebrate the grand opening, the brand is planning special promotions, including tasters from regional vineyard Nyetimber and an exclusive offer for the first 50 customers: £10 off a £50 spend, coupled with a branded tote bag containing an extra gift.

Suzanne Wildley, Head of Retail South, highlighted the synergy between the brand's identity and its chosen location. She remarked, “Crew Clothing was born by the coast, and you can still see that coastal influence in our collections today. It therefore feels very fitting to be opening in Brighton, and we know there are already so many fans of the brand here.” This statement underscores the brand's deep-rooted connection to coastal living, which continues to inspire its distinctive style and appeal.

Beyond the impressive store opening spree, which has seen new locations established in areas like Muswell Hill and Chiswick in outer London, and Belfast since the summer, Crew Clothing has also been busy on other fronts. The company recently moved into a new headquarters in Kingston-on-Thames. Furthermore, the brand diversified its product offering in mid-June with the launch of Crew Sport, a comprehensive technical activewear collection, signaling a deeper venture into the sportswear market.

Looking ahead, Crew Clothing shows no signs of slowing down its expansion efforts. The brand has already outlined ambitious plans for further growth, with an additional 20 new store openings reportedly primed for 2026, indicating a continued focus on strengthening its retail footprint and reaching a broader customer base across the nation.
