The digital department store's festive theme for this year is 'Debenhams Delivered', an evocative title that underpins the campaign's core message. The accompanying advert is described as "a bold feel-good celebration," strategically crafted to reinforce Debenhams' position as Britain's premier online destination for effortless festive shopping, simplifying the holiday experience for customers nationwide.

Created and produced by the independent creative agency Exposure, the campaign film opens on a familiar suburban street, where the mundane rhythms of everyday life are magically transformed. This captivating sequence aims to turn any pre-season fatigue into a moment of pure anticipation, signaling that Christmas can indeed be simple and stress-free. The film expertly blends "warmth, wit and sparkle" to create an inviting and engaging narrative.

Further amplifying its appeal, the campaign features an all-star cast, including popular television personality, presenter, and podcaster Olivia Attwood, alongside former footballer, podcast host, and pundit Peter Crouch, and much-loved comedian and presenter Judi Love. This star-studded ensemble brings to life the extensive breadth of Debenhams’ offerings across fashion, beauty, fragrance, and home categories through a lively, choreographed homage to the season that is designed to bring a smile to viewers' faces.
