Dior Appoints Charlotte Holman Ros as Americas President
Christian Dior Couture has announced the promotion of Charlotte Holman Ros to President of Christian Dior Couture Americas, effective February 1st. This marks a significant step forward for Holman Ros within the House of Dior, demonstrating the company’s confidence in her leadership and strategic capabilities.
Holman Ros will report directly to Alessandro Valenti, Deputy Managing Director in charge of commercial activities. She takes over the role from Alexandra Winokur, who is departing to pursue new personal and professional opportunities after a successful tenure. Winokur will facilitate a smooth transition, remaining in her position until January 31st, working alongside Holman Ros for one month.
Prior to this promotion, Holman Ros served as President of Parfums Christian Dior for North America since 2020. Her extensive career spans nearly two decades, encompassing both strategic consulting and senior management positions within the luxury sector. She has a proven track record of success with internationally recognized brands.
Holman Ros’s experience includes significant roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Estée Lauder Companies, and Burberry. During her four years at Burberry, she held positions as Global Director of Strategy and later as Director of Womenswear for North America, where she oversaw women’s merchandising and retail operations, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of brand development and market execution.
Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, Deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture, expressed his enthusiasm for Holman Ros’s appointment, highlighting her “genuine vision of client experience” and “proven ability to grow brands and motivate her teams.” He also extended gratitude to Alexandra Winokur for her contributions, specifically acknowledging the successful launches of the House of Dior New York and House of Dior Beverly Hills, and wished her well in her future endeavors.
