FabriX Illuminates Paris Fashion Week with Digital Future Exhibition

FabriX is set to make a triumphant return to Paris from September 29 to October 7, 2025, unveiling a distinct vision that positions digital technology at the very heart of the creative process. This highly anticipated event will feature a groundbreaking exhibition titled "Tomorrow Was // Fragments of Tomorrow, Told Through Fashion" at the prestigious Palais de Tokyo. This significant undertaking is a collaborative effort, brought to life in partnership with the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and PMQ (formerly Police Married Quarters).

The exhibition promises an unparalleled journey into the future of fashion, engaging visitors through an array of interactive installations, cutting-edge 4D imagery, and captivating AI-generated narratives. At its core, the event showcases the innovative spirit of four visionary young designers—Alain Paul, Caroline Hu, Didu, and Kevin Germanier. Their extraordinary works are the result of unique collaborations with dancers, choreographers, sculptors, and digital artists, transforming each piece into an immersive experience where visitors can directly interact with the garments and step into a dynamic, boundless creative universe.

Further enhancing the exhibition's impact is the scenography, masterfully conceived by British designer Gary Card. His design radiates a bold, chaotic energy, expertly unifying the diverse creative contributions into a spectacular and cohesive visual whole. This new chapter in FabriX’s evolution powerfully underscores its established role as a pioneer in the realm of digital fashion. Founded in Hong Kong in 2022, the platform has rapidly cemented its reputation as a key player at the intersection of art and technology, having already left its mark on cultural landscapes in London, Paris, and its home city of Hong Kong.

The overarching project is spearheaded by PMQ, Hong Kong’s renowned mixed-use arts and design venue and a vibrant creative hub. Operating from the heart of the city since 2014, PMQ provides a nurturing environment for over a hundred young creatives and offers an invaluable international showcase for the local arts scene. Recognized as a true incubator of talent, it has firmly established itself as a central force driving design and cultural innovation. Additionally, the initiative benefits from the crucial support of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDAHK), an entity established in 2024 by the Hong Kong government with the mission to foster the growth of cultural and creative sectors by empowering artists and businesses to gain international exposure.

Adding its considerable weight to this pioneering endeavor is the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM). As a historic institution that convenes the leading French and international fashion houses, the FHCM is an essential player at Paris Fashion Week. Its involvement underscores a deep commitment to promoting creativity and actively supporting initiatives that seek to rethink and redefine the future of the fashion industry. Through this ambitious exhibition, FabriX reaffirms its exceptional ability to push the boundaries of what is possible, seamlessly bringing together East and West, tradition and innovation, and the intricate artistry of craftsmanship with the transformative power of digital technology. The grand opening of this groundbreaking exhibition will take place on Monday, September 29, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Palais de Tokyo.
