Gargi Expands with Four New Stores and a Celebration of Women

Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons, a prominent fashion jewellery retailer, has begun the New Year with a significant expansion, launching four new stores across India. The new locations are in Palghar and Kalyan in Maharashtra, Udaipur in Rajasthan, and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, strategically chosen for their high foot traffic and potential to reach a wider customer base.

What sets these store openings apart is the deliberate choice to have each location inaugurated by a woman. Aditya Modak, co-founder of Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons, emphasized this decision, stating it reflects the brand’s core values and design philosophy. He highlighted that women have consistently been central to both the creative process and the customer experience at Gargi.

The new stores are situated in key shopping destinations: The Capital at Lake Shore Mall in Palghar, Nexus Celebration Mall in Udaipur, DB City Mall in Bhopal, and Sun Soman Square in Kalyan. These locations will showcase Gargi’s diverse collection of modern and fusion-style fashion jewellery, alongside their existing range of silver, gold, and diamond pieces.

Modak further explained that the female inaugurations are more than symbolic; they represent the brand’s identity and its dedication to serving women. He described the launches as part of a broader commitment to creating spaces where women feel valued, empowered, and inspired.

Looking ahead, Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons has outlined an “aggressive” retail expansion strategy for 2026, aiming to extend its reach and bring its designs to consumers throughout the country.
