Hindmarch & Boots: A 70s Beauty Blast is Coming!

Hindmarch & Boots: A 70s Beauty Blast is Coming!

A unique collaboration is set to launch in early 2026, merging the worlds of fashion and beauty. Luxury accessories designer Anya Hindmarch is partnering with UK pharmacy giant Boots to create a 1970s-inspired beauty concept store and a limited-edition range of bathroom essentials.

The pop-up, titled The Anya Hindmarch X Boots, will be located within the Anya Village community hub on London’s Pont Street – specifically in the Village Hall – from January 10th to March 8th, and will also be available online. This dynamic concept store aims to celebrate Boots’ long-standing history and its heritage as a pharmacy.

At the heart of the collaboration is a collection of everyday essentials, priced between £5 and £10, designed to blend Boots’ reliability with Anya Hindmarch’s playful aesthetic. The range features “eyes-adorned lotions and potions” intended to inject a little joy into daily routines. Accompanying the new line are two limited-edition wash bags, “First Aid” and “Meds,” drawing inspiration from vintage pieces within the Boots archive.

The collaboration extends beyond bathroom essentials, incorporating Anya Brands designs reimagined for the partnership. Expect to see familiar names like Berocca, Advil, Band-Aid Brand, Imperial Leather, and Nurofen given the Anya Hindmarch treatment. A new iteration of Hindmarch’s popular Universal Bag will also be available, presented in a limited-edition duo featuring Boots’ signature blue and white colour palette with fresh white accents.

The store’s design itself is a nod to Boots’ past, evoking the atmosphere of classic apothecaries. The exterior will showcase the brand’s blue and white colours, arched wooden windows, and vintage 1970s-style signage, complete with displays of bottles and boxes. Inside, visitors can expect retro tiling, white coats, and packaging inspired by traditional dispensary aesthetics.

Boots opened its extensive archive to Anya Hindmarch for this project, and a curated selection of historic pieces will be on display within the store. This provides a tangible link to the brand’s 177-year history and its role in British culture.

Anya Hindmarch expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating that Boots is “part of the very fabric of the UK” and that “Anya-ising” everyday toiletry essentials was a particularly enjoyable project. She hopes the collaboration will brighten people’s mornings during the January months.

Sophie Clapp, Head of Archives at Boots, emphasized the brand’s enduring commitment to customer care and community support. She highlighted the excitement of celebrating this rich heritage through Anya Hindmarch’s unique and joyful vision.
