Werner joins the firm after serving as the chief executive of Giambattista Valli, bringing a wealth of experience from the luxury sector and strategic consulting.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Charlotte Werner began her impressive career at McKinsey & Company, where she dedicated a decade to advising a diverse range of clients. Her expertise at McKinsey spanned critical sectors including luxury, consumer goods, and healthcare. Following her tenure in consulting, she transitioned into the luxury brand landscape, taking on several pivotal leadership roles at Louis Vuitton.
In 2020, Werner ascended to the position of chief executive at Giambattista Valli, where her primary mandate was to accelerate the development and growth of the acclaimed Parisian fashion house. Giambattista Valli is notably part of the portfolio of Artémis, the holding company of the influential Pinault family. Werner departed from the Paris-based company in September 2023.
