Lookiero Outfittery Group Lands €17 Million to Fuel European Fashion Growth

Lookiero Outfittery Group, the recently merged entity of Spanish fashion platform Lookiero and German personal shopping service Outfittery, has successfully secured €17 million in a new funding round. This investment signals strong confidence in the company’s trajectory and future growth potential within the European market.

The funding round saw participation from a diverse group of investors, including Ekarpen Private Equity, Sociedad Española para la Transformación Tecnológica (SETT), Acurio Ventures, Perwyn, Bonsai Partners, and 10x Group. Notably, SETT, an organization operating under the Spanish Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, contributed a significant €7.25 million, highlighting the Spanish government’s recognition of the group’s innovative capabilities and its importance to the nation’s digital economy.

According to Oier Urrutia, CEO and founder of Lookiero, this funding represents “a new chapter” for the combined company. He emphasized that the technological and logistical integration of Lookiero and Outfittery is already yielding benefits, allowing for more efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience across Europe. The group currently operates in a dozen European markets.

The company demonstrated significant progress in 2025, achieving positive EBITDA despite the complexities of integrating two distinct businesses. This financial milestone was coupled with the successful consolidation of both brands onto a unified technology and logistics platform. Further bolstering its operational capacity, Lookiero Outfittery Group opened a new 15,000-square-metre operations centre in Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), expanding its total logistics footprint to nearly 25,000 square metres.

Looking forward to 2026, Lookiero Outfittery Group is focused on driving profitability and leveraging the power of artificial intelligence. Planned advancements include the implementation of new AI-driven features designed to refine styling personalization, improve demand forecasting accuracy, and optimize supply chain management, ultimately aiming to deliver an even more tailored and efficient service to its customers.
