Lululemon’s ‘Train’ Collection Drops with Athlete-Approved Performance Gear
Lululemon has launched its new winter training collection, aptly named ‘Train,’ featuring apparel, footwear, and accessories designed to elevate performance and empower athletes. The collection is supported by a high-profile campaign starring global ambassadors Lewis Hamilton, Kayla Jeter, and Amotti, each showcasing their individual training journeys.
The collaboration with these athletes – seven-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton, strength and performance athlete/run coach Kayla Jeter, and fitness athlete Amotti – highlights Lululemon’s commitment to supporting training at all levels. The campaign visuals depict the complete training cycle, encompassing stretching, recovery, high-intensity workouts, and cool-down phases.
Lewis Hamilton specifically praised the ‘License to Train’ shorts, emphasizing their unrestricted feel and durability, crucial for a wide range of exercises. He noted the importance of flexibility during workouts and how the shorts deliver on that need.
Kayla Jeter highlighted the confidence-boosting features of the ‘Wunder Train No Line™’ garments, particularly the seamless front design. She also underscored the fabric’s supportive qualities and the effectiveness of its moisture-wicking technology, essential for maintaining comfort during intense activity.
The ‘Train’ collection is currently available in Lululemon’s retail stores and online. The color palette differs between men’s and women’s lines, with women’s pieces featuring burgundy, rose pink, and black, while men’s options lean towards stone-inspired tones. The collection blends performance wear with lifestyle appeal; while items like cropped tanks and pace breaker shorts represent classic training attire, pieces like the women’s cashmere hoodie and men’s ‘New Venture’ blazer are versatile enough for everyday wear.
