MadaLuxe Group Acquires Fine Jewelry Brand Ippolita in Strategic Portfolio Expansion

The MadaLuxe Group, a prominent U.S. lifestyle group, has recently announced the acquisition of Ippolita, a distinguished fine jewelry brand. This strategic move marks a significant expansion for MadaLuxe, as the company seeks to bolster its portfolio and establish a strong foothold within the fine jewelry category. As part of the acquisition agreement, Ippolita Rostagno, the brand's founder, will retain her position as Chief Creative Officer. In this role, Rostagno will continue to oversee all design aspects across Ippolita’s jewelry collections, ensuring the brand maintains its creative integrity and artistic vision. Rostagno expressed enthusiasm about the new chapter, stating that joining MadaLuxe Group will allow the brand to "protect our heritage while embracing meaningful opportunities for growth." Founded in 1999, Ippolita quickly gained recognition after launching exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman. The brand is celebrated for its sculptural jewelry, which uniquely blends contemporary design aesthetics with traditional Italian craftsmanship. Today, Ippolita’s collections are sold through leading luxury retailers and boutiques worldwide, establishing a loyal customer base and a strong reputation within the luxury market.
