Neinver Outlets See Sales Surge Driven by Value Seeking Shoppers

Neinver, a Spanish multinational specializing in shopping centre management, reported a robust performance during the first ten months of 2025. From January to October, sales generated by brands operating within its European centres experienced a growth exceeding 5% compared to the same period in 2024. This positive momentum intensified from late spring through the summer, with the third quarter alone seeing year-on-year growth surpass 6%. October further solidified this trend, with both footfall and sales increasing by 6.5%, reinforcing an optimistic outlook for the upcoming year-end campaign.

Daniel Losantos, CEO of Neinver, commented on these results, stating, "2025 is highlighting the strength and resilience of our portfolio. Our centres are maintaining sustained growth, which reinforces brands' confidence to expand their presence in our spaces." He emphasized that consumers are increasingly seeking value and experience, a demand that Neinver is actively addressing through its commercial and marketing strategies, ongoing refurbishments of its spaces, and a comprehensive investment plan. Losantos added that "after a solid start to the fourth quarter," the company is approaching the end of the year "well positioned for the next phase of growth."

In Spain, Neinver has enriched its portfolio in 2025 by introducing new brands, notably welcoming Bimba y Lola and Mango to Viladecans The Style Outlets in Barcelona. Concurrently, several existing brands have undertaken refurbishment or expansion projects for their units, as part of their consolidation efforts in the domestic market. A significant recent development was the inauguration of the revitalized Las Rozas The Style Outlets this November, following a substantial 3 million euro modernization investment. Looking ahead to 2026, the multinational has outlined plans to refurbish its San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets centre and expand Viladecans The Style Outlets.

Internationally, Amsterdam The Style Outlets continues to stand out as one of Neinver's fastest-growing assets, achieving a remarkable 20% increase in sales and a 10% rise in footfall five years post-opening. Concurrently, the company is making significant progress on the development of Alpes The Style Outlets. This new complex is slated to host a total of 95 stores, further strengthening Neinver's presence in France, where it already operates another shopping complex in Alsace.

Founded in 1969, Neinver is a Spanish multinational with expertise in real estate development, investment, and management. The company currently operates two proprietary banners, The Style Outlets and Factory, and manages a diverse portfolio comprising 17 outlet centres and four retail parks, hosting over 800 national and international brands. Specifically within Spain, Neinver manages six outlet centres and three shopping and leisure parks. According to its most recent information, the company's centres collectively boosted sales by more than 8% in 2024, reaching a total of 1,627 million euros.
