The innovative French cosmetics brand, Neuraé, is set to make its debut in Portugal in early October, introducing a groundbreaking concept known as neurocosmetics. This pioneering approach meticulously blends neuroscience with the realms of emotional well-being and advanced skincare. Its sophisticated formulas are the culmination of a decade of intensive research and development by the renowned Sisley Group. Upon its arrival, Neuraé products will be exclusively available through Wells stores, while notably not being sold at Maison Sisley’s Lisbon location, situated in the city’s prestigious luxury district at 2 Rua Rosa Araújo.

Launched in 2024 by Sisley Paris, a long-established family-owned French luxury cosmetics company, Neuraé marks a significant milestone as the group's very first dedicated skincare brand. Since its inception, the brand has rapidly pursued international expansion, making its initial launch in key markets including Canada, the United States, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Its rapid rise to prominence was underscored by critical acclaim, earning the title of "Best New Brand" from Harper’s Bazaar UK and being heralded as the "Future of Beauty" by Elle USA. Looking ahead, Neuraé is slated to further extend its global footprint with an anticipated entry into the significant Chinese market by 2026.

Following its official unveiling in April 2024, Neuraé solidified its presence with the opening of its first boutique in Paris during the summer, establishing itself in the chic Le Marais neighborhood of the 4th arrondissement. The brand distinguishes itself fundamentally through a neuroscience-driven philosophy, placing particular emphasis on understanding and addressing how emotions profoundly impact skin health. In essence, Neuraé is committed to developing products engineered not only to enhance the skin’s visible appearance but also to influence its emotional state, thereby highlighting the intricate and often overlooked relationship between emotional well-being and the process of skin aging.

Central to Neuraé's innovative approach is its patented N|A3 technology. As explained by the brand, this proprietary complex was developed from the insight that "some aromas evoke more positive, relaxing emotions." N|A3 ingeniously combines natural and neuroactive ingredients with carefully designed fragrances that are intended to stimulate positive responses within the brain while simultaneously limiting negative ones, such as those associated with pain receptors. Neuraé was brought to life by Christine d'Ornano, CEO of Sisley Paris, and her brother Philippe d'Ornano, the company’s chairman, nearly five decades after their parents established the iconic Sisley brand.
