Paris Fashion Week Trade Shows Unveil Spring Summer 2026 Trends

As the womenswear fashion week descends upon Paris, the city will once again become a vibrant hub for the fashion industry. Beyond the runway shows, three of its most enduring trade shows – Tranoï, Woman, and Première Classe – are preparing to open their doors. These events will provide an essential platform for both French and international buyers to explore the diverse creative trends shaping the Spring/Summer 2026 season.

Tranoï is scheduled to take place at the historic Palais Brongniart from October 2nd to 5th, showcasing a curated selection of over 200 designers hailing from 30 countries across all continents. This season introduces several captivating new brands, including Malaysia's A-Jane, known for its distinctive, futuristic approach to form and volume, and India's Raw Mango, which reinterprets traditional textiles with a contemporary aesthetic. African craftsmanship will be spotlighted by Hamaji from Kenya and Hanout from Morocco. The show also welcomes back brands like Alessa from Brazil, returning after a hiatus. Accessories will feature prominently, with a global array of brands such as Anabel Aram's Florida-inspired jewellery, Antúra's Italian designs, and the experimental eyewear from Japanese brand JugadXX. Furthermore, dedicated showrooms like Paddlers Showroom (East Asia), Prochile (Chile), and Vitrine Agency (Georgia) will present designers from specific regions. Tranoï is also fostering collaborations with key organisations, including Canex for African fashion, Jakarta Fashion Force for Indonesian fashion, and Lady Octopus’- K Wellness for South Korea.

The Woman trade show will open its doors to buyers from October 3rd to 5th at its customary venue, 71 rue de la Fontaine au Roi. While the exact number of exhibiting brands remains undisclosed, the show typically maintains a visitor-friendly scale, featuring a few dozen carefully selected designers. Among the confirmed names are US brand tActi, known for its intriguing juxtaposition of traditional menswear elements with women's dresses, and Japan’s Toujours, which offers understated, timeless tailored pieces crafted from natural materials. Yan Jiang Studio will present functional yet distinctive jewellery and glassware, reinterpreting familiar shapes. Austrian brand Art Point, a regular at European fashion shows, will also exhibit its high-quality women’s apparel and accessories, characterised by straightforward silhouettes and innovative high-tech materials.

Première Classe returns to the picturesque Jardin des Tuileries, running from October 3rd to 6th. This season, the show will host over 250 brands from around the globe, primarily specialising in accessories such as jewellery, leather goods, and footwear, alongside ready-to-wear collections. Newcomers making their debut include Peruvian ready-to-wear brand Estrafalario, French luggage and leather goods brand Ariadne, and Indian ready-to-wear brand Payal Pratap. The exhibition is thoughtfully divided into thematic areas: "(In)visible Lines" delves into the boundary between the visible and invisible in the creative process; "Exposed" focuses on bodywear and next-to-skin garments; and "Brut Icon" serves as a showcase for emerging brands. The innovative Run × ANDAM showroom will offer a hybrid space presenting an international selection of women’s and genderless ready-to-wear. Indonesian fashion will once again take a high profile, marking its third consecutive year at Première Classe. The Franco-Indonesian fashion incubator PINTU will return, highlighting the PINTU Residency and an exclusive presentation of the Lakon Indonesia brand. French designers Priscille Berthaud and Kozue Sullerot will unveil creations developed during their residencies with tenon weavers in Lombok and batik craftsmen in Tegal. Additionally, the show will feature emerging brands Byo, Hijack Sandals, Pura, SVRI, and Varyan, all participating in the Talent Indonesia programme.
