Reebok Taps Jordan Brand Vet Daniel Schachne to Lead Global Growth

Authentic Brands Group has announced the appointment of Daniel Schachne as the new Senior Vice President of Reebok. This strategic move is poised to strengthen Reebok's leadership as it seeks to expand its global footprint and cultural impact across the athletic and lifestyle landscapes.

In his new capacity, Schachne will be tasked with orchestrating Reebok's global growth strategy. His responsibilities will encompass driving the brand's presence in both sport and culture, working in close collaboration with a worldwide network of licensees, retailers, and brand ambassadors. This role is central to accelerating Reebok's momentum and unlocking significant new opportunities on an international scale.

Steve Robaire, Global EVP of Reebok, expressed strong confidence in Schachne's appointment, highlighting his exceptional track record. "Daniel has built winning models in basketball and performance sport at some of the world’s top brands," Robaire stated. Schachne brings a wealth of experience, boasting over 15 years in leading and scaling iconic consumer brands. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of Jordan Brand’s performance sport business in North America, where he spearheaded the brand’s basketball category and facilitated its successful expansion into Golf and the cleated business. Earlier in his distinguished career, Schachne held pivotal leadership positions at global giants such as Nike and the National Basketball Association, further solidifying his expertise at the nexus of sport and business.
