Revlon Taps Beauty Veteran Amber Garrison to Lead Elizabeth Arden and Global Fragrance

Revlon has announced the strategic appointment of Amber Garrison, a highly experienced beauty executive with over two decades in the industry, to pivotal leadership roles. Garrison will now spearhead the iconic Elizabeth Arden brand and take charge of the company’s global fragrance category, marking a significant move for Revlon’s future strategic direction.

Garrison brings a wealth of expertise to Revlon, having most recently served as the Global Brand President of Origins at The Estée Lauder Companies. During her tenure there, she was instrumental in driving innovation and accelerating digital transformation for the brand. Her distinguished career also includes foundational experience at Boston Consulting Group, where she honed her skills in critical areas such as skincare, fragrance, comprehensive brand transformation, global strategy development, and consumer engagement.
