Tanya Taylor Opens Second Boutique in Greenwich Signaling Major Expansion

Canadian designer Tanya Taylor has officially unveiled her second boutique, marking a significant expansion for her eponymous brand beyond its New York City origins. The new 1,700-square-foot space is located at 343 Greenwich Avenue in Connecticut, representing the label's first physical retail presence outside of Manhattan. This opening builds on the success of the brand's flagship store, which first opened its doors in September 2023.

The Greenwich location, much like its New York City predecessor, was meticulously designed in collaboration with Jessica Hyland of Hyland Studio. Hyland worked closely with Tanya Taylor to craft an inviting, art-inspired environment that perfectly encapsulates the brand's signature colorful and joy-driven aesthetic. The boutique offers a carefully curated selection of Taylor’s popular ready-to-wear collections within a warm, residential-style setting, reflecting the designer's deep appreciation for vibrant colors, rich textures, and unexpected details, all intended to make customers feel as if they are stepping into a cherished home.

For Taylor, choosing Greenwich was a strategic and organic next step. She emphasized the strong connection to her existing customer base, stating, "It feels like an organic extension of our New York City community and our customers here value the same sense of femininity, polish, and creativity that defines the Tanya Taylor world." The opening of the Greenwich store is indicative of a broader period of momentum for the independently owned brand. Earlier in 2024, Adrianne Kirszner was appointed as Tanya Taylor's first-ever chief executive officer, signaling a new era of strategic growth. With this latest expansion, the company continues its trajectory forward, having already confirmed plans to launch a third store in 2026, with the specific location yet to be announced.
