Zegna Group Reports Strong Revenue Growth Fueled by Direct-to-Consumer Success
The Ermenegildo Zegna Group has reported a robust financial performance for the first nine months of the year, achieving a total revenue of €1.33 billion. The luxury fashion house demonstrated an acceleration in its growth trajectory during the third quarter, recording revenues of €398.2 million, alongside a solid 3.6% organic growth rate.
Gildo Zegna, the Group's President and CEO, highlighted the impressive performance of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel in Q3. “Q3 2025 group revenues showed an acceleration in the direct-to-consumer channel, which recorded a solid 9% organic growth, compared to the 6% growth reported in the first half of the year,” he stated. He expressed particular satisfaction with the sustained growth of the Zegna brand's DTC channel, which saw strong contributions from the Americas and EMEA regions.
Further elaborating on the brand-specific successes, Mr. Zegna underscored the significantly improved performance of both Tom Ford Fashion and Thom Browne. Both brands demonstrated remarkable strength in their DTC channels during the quarter, posting double-digit organic growth. This strong showing across the portfolio reflects the Group's strategic initiatives and brand appeal in key markets.
Looking ahead, Gildo Zegna acknowledged the challenges that persist within the industry. “We expect the environment to remain challenging for our industry, with ongoing uncertainties in consumer demand and currency fluctuations,” he remarked. Despite these anticipated headwinds, he conveyed confidence in the Group's ability to meet its medium-term targets, citing several positive indicators. These include the success of recent runway shows for Tom Ford and Thom Browne, the positive reception of Zegna’s Fall/Winter collection, and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects.
